🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order — every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Below are our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


🛠 Custom Orders

All custom designs are final sale and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Because each custom piece is made to your specifications, our designer will work closely with you throughout the process. This includes sharing previews and design confirmations to ensure the final product matches your vision.

Once you approve the design, production begins — at that point, changes can no longer be made. Please make sure all details (text, visuals, sizing, etc.) are accurate during the approval process.

We cannot offer refunds if the final product matches the approved design and specifications.

Tip: Be sure to review your design thoroughly during the approval stage — we’ll always do our best to make your idea look amazing, but final design choices are up to you!


🛒 Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Products

We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • You contact us via direct message on our instagram @laserbox.co (comments on posts regarding returns will be redirected to direct message and removed)

The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or process an exchange if eligible.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
